Refer yourself to our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Service

Self-referral is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1: Use our handy eligibility checker. Simply enter your GP surgery name, it’s postcode or the town your GP surgery is in to our checker to see if you’re able to refer to us.

Step 2: Read the information about ‘got back pain’ or ‘feeling unwell’ if they apply to you and then press the ‘refer yourself to our MSK service’ button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Select the questionnaire that relates to your particular issue and answer a few short questions and you’re done!
Once we have your questionnaire, our clinicians will review your answers and will send you some information about what might be going on, some advice on useful things to do and perhaps some exercises to help get you going.
We will also send you some details about our appointment booking system to be reading over until we’re able to offer you an appointment.
