As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing some health conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease or Type 2 diabetes.

An NHS Health Check can help you reduce these risks and live a better life for longer.

If you are 40-74 please visit www.norfolkhealthchecks.reedwellbeing.com or give the team a call on 0808 175 0413 to check your eligibility and book an appointment

CEVan will be attending the MSK Community Appointment days, where residents can come along to talk to a member of the Help Hub team. No appointment is necessary, and any support needs can be discussed. These may include, but are not limited to:

• money and debt worries
• benefits
• parenting, relationships and domestic abuse
• health and wellbeing
• bereavement support
